The Challenge
The Digital TSR project was initiated as an innovative response to modern challenges in the railway industry. During the trial phase led by CRSA’s research and development team, the need arose to create a film that effectively communicated the benefits and applications of the Digital TSR. The goal was to highlight the cutting-edge technology behind the system, which automates track speed updates and eliminates the need for manual interventions, while showcasing the thoughts and insights of key stakeholders.
The Approach
To meet CRSA’s objectives, we developed a comprehensive filming plan to capture the essence of the Digital TSR trial. Our approach included:
- Filming on Location: We documented the trial using the Canon R5 mirrorless camera, ensuring high-quality visuals. To enhance production quality, we employed professional lighting and sound recording equipment.
- Stakeholder Interviews: We conducted interviews with several individuals involved in the project to gain insights and personal perspectives on the Digital TSR.
- Post-Production: After capturing the footage, we focused on creating a polished and professional film. This involved colour grading, sound mixing, and the addition of motion graphics to enhance the visual storytelling.
The Result
The resulting video successfully communicated the benefits and uses of the Digital TSR. CRSA was highly impressed with the final product, which not only highlighted the innovative aspects of the project but also engaged viewers with a visually compelling and informative narrative. The positive feedback reinforced our ability to deliver high-quality video content, and we look forward to collaborating with CRSA on future initiatives.
