Despite the current pandemic, we’re making every effort to continue operating our services as normal for our clients. We’re confident in our new safe working procedures, which we’ve continued to refine over the past few months. Despite new challenging working conditions, we’re committed to providing the same reliable video and technical services that our clients have come to expect from us year round.
As a quick reminder, our safe working procedures are as follows.
- All meetings have been moved to video/voice conference format.
- We’ll be allowing our staff to work remotely when possible. However, our phone and email will be operated as normal, so customers can still expect our full support with their projects.
- When in an enclosed space with clients for essential works, our employees will wear additional PPE such as face masks. We’ll also be carrying out temperature screening on employees before each job.
- When carrying out filming and installation services our staff will keep 2 metres apart from clients on-site.
